Looking back at some history.

For some of my friends and acquaintances that don’t understand what I do in my “Man Cave” studio, here are some highlights of 2012:

MASTERED PROJECTS: ROCK: -Julian Lennon(son of John), Rob Thomas (Matchbox 20), Will from “Big Brother “ TV show, Bubble Gum Orchestra, Al Staehely and 10k Hrs, Create A Monster, Fifty Dollar Dynasty, Edwin McCain’s guitarist Larry Chaney produced TryTones/Dallas Burrows/and Skydog , Archer (upcoming pop star), Mark Lettieri(Great guitarist ala. Jeff Beck), Evan Spade, Brian Hudson, and Sol Tribe (Reggae), Mark Sinko (owner of $3M studio - Salmon Peak). COUNTRY: Jeff Keith Band, Billy White, Jr., Gary Glen, Gina Wagoner. CHRISTIAN: Anyah Dishon (11th CD I’ve Mastered),Monica Matocha (Katy Perry style),Mark McConkey, Sound Wave, Azeneth (finalist Mexico’s version of American Idol), David Rock, Alice Coltrane (widow of John Coltrane). MISC: Tex Mex Kadillaks, Master Blaster, Nino/ Charlie D, N’Tribal, Big Los, The Escats (super group from Costa Rica), Toby Fisher( 9k registered fans and counting).

2 CD’S that I PRODUCED were finished and released: Tara Linda from Oakland (I had some great Jazz players on her CD). And Jason DeShaw from Montana (aggressive Country). I had Larry Chaney (Edwin McCain), Gene Elders (George Strait) and Jim Garret (Kenny Chesney) on Jason’s CD.

I PRODUCED 3 artists for private auditions for THE VOICE. Becky Middleton (Dallas), Liz Duran (New Orleans), and Gina Wagoner (Houston).

Mastered this song from UK artist Jonny Miller. He recently signed with Virgin UK. The tasty guitarist is Daryl Stuemeyer, Phil Collins long-time session and live guitarist. I understand that Jonny will be on Glee next season.

BIG HIGHLIGHT! I co-produced and Mastered a special project that I got to one of the Beatles. He is “thoroughly impressed” and wants to talk about it after he gets off tour after the first of the year. Got my fingers, legs, and eyes crossed for good luck on this one. I also had Panda Elliot from Argentina in for Mastering Teaching and instruction. I know she will be a very successful Mastering engineer.
